Sugar Wolf, sent away from Mud Bug as a child, comes back to find his mother (the town’s prostitute) living in fear of Big Baby Chips. Determined to avenge his father’s death (the former sheriff killed by Big Baby), Sugar Wolf becomes the new sheriff and vows to bring justice to Mud Bug.
